Business Line of Credit around North Ward
The sheet (read 7 October 2026) is dated 14 December 2020, more than a year old. It also says intensification of development will not occur in areas subject to flooding or storm surge risk, and identifies the North Ward shopping centre as a local level centre. It is a planning outline, not a flood map, and we state nothing about any lot.
None of these pages mentions credit, so what follows is our inference, not a rule: the pages we read on credit say nothing about tourism or flooding. What ASIC does say, for any small business with a complaint about a financial product, is that it can complain first to the provider and, if unhappy with the response, may be able to complain to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. The council sheet says nothing about credit, and we state nothing about any business in North Ward.
